A Turkey London Broil?

 When the husband brought a Turkey London Broil home I could not help but raise an eyebrow. But as it turns out, it's just a big ol' boneless turkey breast. So all here is what you do:

For a 2lb turkey breast, preheat oven to 350.

Boneless Turkey Breast
2 small onions, cut into large wedges
6 smashed/peeled garlic cloves
2 large carrots, shredded and cut into large chunks
2 stalks celery, sliced
8oz chicken stock

Seasonings for BOTH sides of the turkey (use as much as you like to taste I never measure!)
Sweet Paprika
Fine Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder

Add the following ingredients in this pot to this order:
Chicken stock
Seasoned Turkey Skin Up

Cook this turkey for about 60-70 minutes, then cover and let rest on top of stove and/or counter for 10 minutes or longer before carving.
